Are you associated with the U.S. Government?

No. 911 Doc Prep is a third-party legal document preparation service. Although our documents come straight from sources provided by the U.S. government, we do not work for them.

How long does it take to prepare my documents?

Legal document preparation time can vary depending on the services you requested. Should we receive all the information required; however, you should expect to have your documents prepared within 3-4 business days. Need it in a rush? Check out our rush service page.

How do we differ from services like LegalZoom or Rocket Lawyer?

Our services are different from other online service providers in that you can be guaranteed there is a person and not just a software working on your legal documents.

Is it possible for me to prepare documents myself?

Yes. While there are some that require third-party assistance, most legal documents can be prepared by yourself. The benefit of using 911 Doc Prep is that you can rest assured knowing you are getting professional help.

What can I wear for passport photos?

You should wear clothing you normally wear on a daily basis. Eyeglasses should be taken off during photos unless you have a medical statement signed by a medical professional/health practitioner. You can contact us if you have any other questions regarding what you can wear.

How much does it cost for passport photos?

Our office offers passport photos for a standard fee of $8 for passport photos and $5 for passport photos with a legal document preparation service.

The legal document service must be purchased at the same time as the passport photos, for a $3/ discount.

How long does it take to have passport photos taken?

Passport photos should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to be taken and printed.

Do you offer refunds?
